Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the location and weather search service provided by Here Weather (hereinafter "Service").

Article 2 (Effect and Modification)
1. These terms become effective when posted on the Service screen or announced to users.
2. The Service may modify these terms as deemed necessary, and modified terms will be announced in the same manner.

Article 3 (Service Content)
With user consent, the Service provides real-time administrative area names and weather data based on real-time GPS location coordinates.

Article 4 (User Obligations)
Users shall not misappropriate others' information or cause service disruptions through abnormal requests.

Article 5 (Disclaimer)
1. Since the Service processes public data such as KMA Open APIs, it does not guarantee 100% accuracy of weather forecasts and is not liable for direct/indirect damages incurred.
2. The Service is exempt from liability when unable to render services due to force majeure such as natural disasters or public network failures.
