Here Weather (hereinafter "Service") values user privacy and location data protection, operating under the following privacy policy in compliance with relevant regulations.

1. Collected Location Items & Purpose
The Service collects real-time latitude and longitude coordinates via browser Geolocation API solely for mapping neighborhood names and querying weather data. This data is discarded immediately after processing and is never permanently stored on servers.

2. Third-Party Provision & Entrustment
The Service does not provide or entrust user location data to third parties without consent. Only anonymous grid coordinates are passed when calling public weather APIs.

3. Rights of Data Subjects & Exercise
Users may deny location permissions in browser or device settings. Denying access may limit location-based weather features.

4. Destruction of Personal Information
Collected coordinates and location data are cleared from memory immediately upon displaying weather results on screen, and are never backed up or stored in databases.
